To begin with we will have a Discovery Call. This will take 20 – 30 minutes and can happen over the phone or WhatsApp, or Zoom. This is a time for you to meet me, discuss what you want to achieve from our time together and see if we are a fit. It is also an opportunity for me to let you know what is involved in coaching and what you may expect.
