Harvey's Point is a stunning 4 Star Hotel & Lodge sitting on the majestic shores of Lough Eske in Donegal with the Blue Stack Mountains as a back drop. Join myself and the wonderul Meghan Malone Scott for a weekend of great yoga, community and lots of laughs! We have teamed up to create an transformative experience with you in mind. Between us we have almost 80 years of yoga experience and love to share with you.

Escape with us to the wild, windswept beauty of Donegal for a deeply nourishing yoga retreat designed specially for those aged 50 and over who want to stay strong, vibrant and joyfully alive. Set in the comfort of a luxury hotel - with delicious dining, warm hospitality and elegant spaces to relax, you'll experience the transformative power of yoga in the company of like-minded souls.


You will be guided by two inspirational teachers, both in their early 60's and with decades of experience. You'll explore accessible yet powerful practices including movement, breathwork, meditation - all carefully curated to support strength, mobility, balance and inner peace.

This is more than a retreat: it's an invitation to deepen your connection and appreciation with your body, renew your energy, and rediscover what it means to thrive at every age.

From the moment you arrive on Friday afternoon at the elegant Harvey's Point Hotel & Lodge, your weekend of rest, renewal and inspiration begins.


After settling into your room and taking a breath of fresh Donegal air, we'll gather for our opening session. This will be a blend of movement, breathwork and introductions designed to help you let go of the outside world and ease fully into the weekend. Connection at all levels is at the forefront - mind, body, breath and heart. That evening, we'll share our first meal together - beautifully prepared and served by the warm attentive team at Harvey's Point.


Each morning you will be guided through a spacious two hour practice, thoughtfully crafted to energise, oil and nourish your body and heart. Then follows a leisurely and delicious breakfast/brunch. On Saturday afternoon you're welcome to join us for a walk around the stunning lake and grounds - no pressure, just fresh air and good company before we return for coffee, homemade cookies and a little chill in the sun room. Afterwards we will head back into the light filled yoga space for a deeply relaxing, nervous system soothing, delicious restorative yoga session.


As evening falls, we'll toast to the joy of nature, being away from it all and this opportunity for connection with a cocktail (or mocktail) before sitting down to dinner.


Sunday morning scehedule is a repeat of Saturday morning. After brunch we check out. You might want to linger and explore Donegal Town or Rossnowlagh beach, all closeby. Whatever you choose you'll head home feeling inspired, grounded and deeply reconnected to yourself - Spring will defintely have sprung!

Yoga To Support You - Inside & Out

On this retreat, our yoga practice is designed to support you at every stage of life. Through carefully guided asana to improve balance, strength, and flexibility, you will learn to build a body that feels strong, mobile, capable and honoured. We’ll also explore practices to support bone health, improve sleep, and ease tension.

Alongside movement, you’ll experience the deeply transformative tools of yoga—restorative postures, meditation, breathwork, and mantra—to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and reconnect you with your inner vitality. These sessions are thoughtfully crafted for all levels, offering a perfect blend of nourishment, challenge, and deep rest to help you feel grounded and alive. Note: not suitable for absolute beginners.

What We Will Cover?

During this immersive retreat, we'll delve deep into the essence of Yoga practices, exploring both the physical practice and philosophical foundations alongside practices to help you relax and deeply rest.

Our comprehensive curriculum includes the following 2 Hour sessions:


●     STRETCH & Flow: Flow with alignment, breathe, shake the journey off in this opening session which will be co taught by Noeleen & Meghan. This isn't just about physical posture—it's about aligning your body, mind, and spirit for a more balanced, fulfilling life. STRETCH your body, soften your heart.

●     MOVE & Grow: Led by Noeleen. Explore biomechanical principles that form the cornerstone of Anusara Yoga in this session where we will work to build strength to support our body, bones, mind and heart as we GROW older. This practice is versatile and the concepts we will explore apply to any pose, any body type, any age, enhancing your practice and your embodied experience.

●     REST & Restore: Led by Meghan. Immerse yourself in the deeply relaxing restorative practices. We are great in our society at commending the 'doing' of things, but we rarely give credit to the power of REST, the power of 'doing nothing'. This session will help you experience deep rest, release tensions both conscious and unconsciously held in the body and in the mind.

●     PLAY at any age: Led by Meghan & Noeleen. Explore the power of yoga play, community fun and breathwork and meditation. This session will fill your cup with the joy of moving your body while genuinely playing with a few belly laughs thrown in for good measure. We will also have our final closing circle.


Our approach combines theoretical understanding (the why) with practical application (the practice), ensuring you leave with tools that you can immediately integrate into your practice, your life and your general self care routine.


By the end of this retreat, you'll have experienced a wonderful weekend in a beautiful place, with likeminded company and hopefully you will be inspired to bring what you have learned home with you to continue yoga as an act of self care and love.

Meet Your Teachers

Noeleen and Meg first met in 2008 at a morning yoga class and brunch, hosted by Noeleen. The magical draw of Ard Nahoo and Noeleen's yoga expertise instantly made Meghan feel that, for the first time, she had met her teacher and found her yoga sanctuary.

This was the birth of the bud that later bloomed into a strong friendship, firmly rooted in our shared love of all things yoga. Over the years we have come to find so many similarities on our life paths: both of us found yoga in our teens; both lived in Northern California at the same time; both value the power and pull of nature; both have raised boys into young men.

Our most recent collaboration was a month-long trip to India last winter, exploring yoga's birthplace. We hope you join us for our next adventure in Donegal!

Noeleen Tyrrell - E-CAT/C-IAYT

Noeleen is a highly experienced yoga teacher, trainer, therapist & coach/mentor. She is known as 'the teachers teacher' and has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 30 years. As director of the award-winning Ard Nahoo Eco Retreat & Yoga School she has spent decades helping people feel strong, mobile and connected at every stage of life. She has trained hundreds of great yoga teachers. Now in her 60's, Noeleen shares a wealth of wisdom and practical tools to help women stay healthy, vibrant and empowered as they age. Her teaching blends deep knowledge of anatomy, yoga philosophy, yoga therapy and Anusara Yoga with a down to earth approach making her retreats educational, nurturing, inspiring and lots of fun!


Meghan Malone Scott RYT500

Meghan has been devoted to yoga since she first stepped onto the mat the age of 16, and for two decades she has been sharing her love of the practice with students in Enniskillen and beyond. Known for her intuitive teaching style and genuine care for her students, Meghan creates a space where people feel truly seen, supported, and inspired to grow. Many of her students have been with her for decades, a testament to her ability to weave wisdom, curiousity, and joy into every class.

Deeply connecetd to nature, Meghan brings her love of the natural world into her teaching, drawing inspiration from her work as an environmental educator, her passion for birding and her life as an organic gardener and conservationist. Her teaching blends skillful alignment with soulful grounded presence that leaves students feeling both deeply restored, uplifted and empowered.

Terms and Conditions for Retreats with Noeleen Tyrrell Yoga & Meghan Malone Scott Yoga

By booking this retreat, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Fee

The fee I have paid to reserve my spot on this retreat is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, except as outlined in clause 3 below.

2. Travel Insurance Requirement

I have or will acquire adequate travel insurance that covers cancellation, health/hospital expenses, and any other unforeseen circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, coverage for medical emergencies, trip interruptions, and cancellations.

3. Cancellation by Noeleen Tyrrell & Meghan Malone Scott

In the unlikely event that Noeleen Tyrrell & Meghan Malone Scott cancels this retreat, my retreat fee will be fully refundable. However, neither Noeleen Tyrrell or Meghan Malone Scott are liable for any additional costs incurred, such as airfares, flights, transfers, or any other transportation expenses.

4. Responsibility for Travel Arrangements

I understand that I am solely responsible for arranging and covering the cost of my airfares, flights, transfers, and any other transportation to and from the retreat venue. Neither Meghan Malone Scott or Noeleen Tyrrell is responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations related to my travel plans.

5. Schedule Changes

I acknowledge that the retreat schedule is subject to change. Noeleen Tyrrell & Meghan Malone Scott reserves the right to make adjustments as necessary to ensure the best possible experience for all participants.

6. Personal Responsibility During Practice

I am fully responsible for my own practice and physical well-being during the retreat. Neither Meghan Malone Scott or Noeleen Tyrrell is responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise from my participation in the retreat activities. I agree to listen to my body, modify as necessary, and take full responsibility for how I move during the retreat.

7. Health Issues and Disclosures

If I have any health issues, medical conditions, or other concerns that might affect my ability to safely participate in any of the retreat activities, I agree to inform Noeleen Tyrrell Yoga at the time of booking. This information is necessary to ensure that appropriate accommodations or modifications can be made.

8. Force Majeure

Noeleen Tyrrell & Meghan Malone Scott are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes that occur due to circumstances beyond her control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather events, pandemics, travel restrictions, or other acts of God.
