My only local yoga classes are held at Newtownmanor Hall in Dromahair, which makes them easily accessible from Sligo, Manorhamilton, Drumkeeran, Drumshanbo, Carrick-on-Shannon, Ballisodare, and the surrounding areas. Whether you're local or visiting, you're welcome to join me on the mat!
