A journey of self-discovery, growth & transformation for everyone who loves yoga
If you love yoga and you’re ready to go deeper, the 100-Hour Anusara Yoga Immersion will change not only the way you practice but also the way you live your practice beyond the mat. Over the course of our time together, you’ll build a clearer, stronger understanding of how yoga works in your body, how its philosophy shapes your mindset, and how breath and meditation anchor you in everyday life. Whether you’re a practitioner looking to reignite your passion, or a teacher who wants to refine your knowledge and reconnect with your own practice, this immersion gives you the tools, structure, and inspiration to grow in ways you’ll carry with you for years to come.
It’s a commitment you won’t regret.
This immersion gives you a comprehensive foundation in Anusara Yoga, with a focus on practical, applicable knowledge you can bring straight into your practice. Under my guidance, you’ll study the Universal Principles of Alignment — Anusara’s hallmark approach to biomechanics (how the body moves) — and learn how to apply them with precision and ease. You’ll also engage with the deeper layers of the tradition: life-affirming Tantric philosophy, yoga’s history and roots, and the anatomy that supports both movement and subtle awareness.
With over 25 years of teaching experience, I’ll help you cut through the noise and get to the heart of what matters in your practice. Over the course, you’ll integrate pranayama and meditation into your daily routine, develop a sustainable and intelligent home practice, and sharpen your ability to understand yoga from the inside out. Journaling and self-reflection give you space to connect the teachings to your own experience, ensuring that what you learn isn’t just theory — it becomes part of how you live your yoga. You will also learn through the connections and friendships you will make with other seekers on the course.

The immersion consists of 4 x 2 day modules, each running Saturday & Sunday, 9 am to 5:30/6 pm.

A lot of yoga teachers start teaching before they ever feel fully equipped to do so. Maybe your yoga training didn't give you the depth you were looking for. The philosophy never really landed. The anatomy sounded like a blur of unfamiliar terms. Or alignment was reduced to shapes instead of being understood as an intelligent, living process.
The 100 Hour Immersion gives you the time and structure to rebuild that foundation - to understand yoga from the inside out. You'll study alignment through the Universal Principles, unpack philosophy in a practical way and develop an embodied understanding of anatomy that actually makes sense when you are on the mat.
For Anusara Yoga Teachers, this is a great opportunity to revisit the teachings with the kind of insight that experience brings. What once felt theoretical becomes clear, grounded and applicable to both your practice and your teaching. These count as Elective Hours with ASHY.
Yoga Teachers - this isn't about starting over. It's about refining what you already know - so you can teach, move and live with more clarity and confidence.
It offers continuing professional development hours, yes — but more than that, it’s an invitation to give yourself the gift of yoga all over again: to return to your own practice with fresh inspiration and renewed vision.
